The hotel had some ups and downs. My room was unfortunately dirty and uncomfortable, and I had an issue with ants, which didn’t make for a pleasant stay. On the bright side, the staff was super friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my time there. The location also allowed easy access to the city, which I appreciated. However, the overall experience was marred by the room conditions and the inconvenience with the double booking.
